About Brandon
Hello there. Brandon Pogge is the founder of Midwest Breath and a Certified Breathwork Facilitator through Breathing Space.
With over four years of personal breathwork practice, he has integrated breathwork into daily life alongside yoga, meditation, and movement. Those practices deeply inform the way he guides each session.
Brandon has also spent the past 11 years in public education, supporting individuals across elementary, middle, and high school settings. That experience shapes a calm, approachable environment where people can explore something new at their own pace.

Outside of breathwork, Brandon enjoys game nights, ultimate frisbee, pickleball, hiking, and time outdoors in nature.

What To Expect
Each session begins with a short introduction so you can understand the technique, settle in, and feel comfortable before the breathing starts.
You will be guided through a continuous, rhythmic breathing pattern while lying down, supported by gentle guidance and music to help you stay present.
The session closes with time to rest and integrate. You may notice physical sensation, emotional release, deep relaxation, or all three, always at your own pace.
